变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE及嗜酸性粒细胞的季节变化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨变应性鼻炎与春、冬两季血清特异性IgE水平及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的变化,进一步验证过敏性疾患季节易感性与"天人相应"中医藏象理论的相关性,为临床防治提供指导依据。方法:选择符合变应性鼻炎标准的患者40例,正常对照组40例,分别在春分、冬至前后各1个月,进行血清IgE水平及EOS的检测。结果:血清IgE水平及EOS在春季显著增高,春季较正常对照组对比P均<0.01,血清IgE水平、EOS在冬季增高亦较显著,冬季较正常对照组对比P均<0.05。血清IgE及EOS呈显著的正相关性(春季r值0.954,0.954,P<0.01;冬季r值0.809,0.809,P<0.01)。结论:血清特异性IgE水平及EOS在春、冬两季的变化,进一步验证了中医的藏象学说,对变应性鼻炎患者临床防治有重要的指导性作用。Objective： To investigate the seasonal rhythm of the serum IgE and eosnophils of patients with rhinallergosis, and further verify the coherence between the seasonal susceptibility of rhinaUergosis and one of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） visceral manifesta- tion theory of ＂mutual correspondence of heaven and human＂ so as to provide the essential evidence for prevention rhinallergosis. Methods：Forty healthy people and forty rhinallergosis patients were selected. The serum of 80 cases was collected separately in spring and winter. All of blood samples were divided into four groups, including control group in spring （CS） , control group in winter（CW） , rhinallergosis group in spring（RS） and rhinallergosis group in winter（RW）. Eosnophils were counted by Automatic biochemistry analyzer, IgE were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results ：The levels of IgE in RS and RW were much higher than those in CS and CW. The count of eosnophils in RS and RW increased significantly compared with those in CS and CW. There was positive correlation between IgE and eosnophils. Conclusion：The seasonal rhythm of serum IgE and eosnophils embodies positive correspondence between people and nature which is one of traditional Chinese medicine theories. The research provides the important guideline of prevention and treatment rhinaller- gosis.
