摘　　要：在高校公共必修课中,思想政治理论课是学生兴趣度、教师成就感和教学实效性普遍"三低"的一门课程,据调查原因之一是高校思政课教师的职业倦怠问题所造成。由于高校思政课本身的局限性、工作对象的复杂性及教师自身素质的缺失性等易使思政课教师产生职业倦怠,通过高校思政课教师的自我锤炼与调适以及思政课教师教育环境的优化等途径可有效解决这一问题。Of all the compulsory courses in colleges,＂Ideology and Politics＂would always score the lowest in terms of students＇interest,teachers＇sense of achievement and teaching validity.An investigation shows that one of the causes is the occupational burnout of the concerned teachers.A complex set of factors leads to the burnout such as the property of the course itself and the quality of the teachers.It is of much significance to find valid solutions to this problem.
