泰州市海陵区食品摊贩食品安全“知信行”现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解泰州市海陵区食品摊贩食品安全"知信行"现状,为提出食品摊贩监督管理策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,调查分析450名食品摊贩食品安全知识、态度及行为现状。结果食品摊贩食品安全知识和态度及行为百分制标化分分别为63.3和54.6,食品安全知识得分与态度行为得分之间存在相关性(r=0.209,P<0.001)。结论泰州市海陵区食品摊贩食品安全"知信行"水平不高,食品摊贩急需加强监管。Objectives To learn the current status of food safety KAP in Food vendors in Hailing District, Taizhou. To provide a scientific supervision and management basis for the relevant departments to ensure a good job of supervision and management of food vendors. Methods Stratified random sampling method is used to extract 450 food vendors to survey the current status of food safety knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in food vendors through self-made questionnaire. Results： The centesimal scale were 63.3 and 54.6 on food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior in Food vendors. According to the Spearman correlation analysis, the score correlation between food safety knowledge and attitudes ＆ behaviors is statistically significant （r=0.209, P 〈 0.001）. Conclusions： Food vendors have a relatively low food safety KAP in Hailing District, Taizhou.The related government departments should take their responsibility to intensify the supervision and monitoring of food vendors.
