摘  要:通过两步法制备均匀分散的Al2O3-H2O纳米流体,运用海绵和袋子做成蓄冷材料,并置于传统保温包装箱的内壁面,做成可实际应用的蓄冷运输包装箱。将菜花置于蓄冷包装箱里,测定菜花冠部温度变化,并与常温菜花、预冷菜花放在传统保温箱的情况进行对比,研究包装箱的性能。试验表明,常温菜花的温度随自身呼吸和环境温度变化而变化;预冷菜花在30h回到环境温度;添加蓄冷材料的菜花的温度迅速降低,并保持1℃左右的低温40h左右,92h后回到环境温度。利用COMSOL模拟软件模拟了菜花在预冷和添加蓄冷材料的情况下的温度变化。模拟结果表明,预冷菜花的温度一直在缓慢上升,在92h达到13℃左右;添加蓄冷材料的菜花的温度迅速降低,并保持0℃-1℃的低温40h左右,在92h达到8℃左右。试验及模拟结果具有较好的相似性,表明蓄冷运输包装箱在没有降低包装箱的有效容积的条件下能有效地延长储存时间和运输距离,且其结构紧凑,可循环利用。Al2O3-H2 O nanofluids with uniform dispersancy are prepared through two-step method, then use sponges and bags to make it cool storage materials. Put them in inner wall surface of the incubator, and make it cold storage shipping container for practical use. Put corolla in it, then measure the temperature of corolla and contrast to general and precooling cauliflower. The experimental results show that the temperature of the general is changed with its own breath and surroundings; the precooling's temperature reach ambient temperature in 30 h, as the subject temperature reduce rapidly and keep about 1 ℃ for about 40 h and reach the ambient temperature in 92 h. Use COMSOL simulation software to simulate the experiment. The results show that the precooling's temperature rises, and reach 13 ℃ in 92 h; The subject temperature reduce rapidly and keep 0 ℃-1 ℃ for about 40 h and reach 8 ℃ in 92 h. Experimental and simulation results are well similarity. The recycled and compact cold storage shipping container can prolong storage time and transport distance effectively.
