摘 要:小学音乐教师专业化是提高艺术教育质量的必然要求。然而,小学音乐教师的专业化发展远未到达理想状态,滞后的原因很大程度上在于尚未理顺外在的音乐教师培养体制改革和内在的音乐教师发展理念革新之间的关系。鉴于小学音乐教师专业化发展的特殊性,必须贯彻落实教育部颁布的《小学教师专业标准》和《关于推进学校艺术教育发展的若干意见》,进一步深化小学音乐教师教育体制改革,以培养专业化、优秀的小学音乐教师。The professionalization of music teachers in primary schools is a necessary requirement ot improving the quality of art education. However, due to the lack of straightening out the relationship between the reform of music teacher training system and the innovation of music teacher development gap, there is a big distance between the professional development of music teachers in primary schools and the ideal objective. For being constrained by the characteristics of music teachers' professional development in primary schools, we need to go a "follow suit" innovation road. Elementary Educational College, CNU, has set a good example of the reform of elementary music teachers' training system, meanwhile, the "Elementary School Teachers' Professional Standard" promulgated by Chinese Educational Ministry in 2012 has provided us the direction of promoting the music teachers' professional accomplishment of elementary schools.
