云时代民族地区族群文化交往的特征及实现机制

摘　　要："云计算"、"云储存"、"云服务"、"云传播"等概念交织构成一幅生动的云时代现实图景。云时代促成了民族地区族群文化交往内容的网络化和虚拟化,出现了网络互动这一新的族群文化交往的形式,形成"自上而下"和"自下而上"两种交往路径同时联动以及族群文化强弱格局的动态变化。云时代民族地区族群文化交往表现出多极族群文化主体的联动、族群文化的反思与变构、族群文化交往能力的快速攀升、族群文化交往进程的广延性以及族群文化交往的公共整合性特征。云时代民族地区族群文化的选择路径和整合态势决定了族群文化交往的实现状况。The concepts of＂cloud computing＂,＂cloud storage＂,＂cloud service＂and ＂cloud transmission＂constitute a vivid realistic prospect in the cloud era.The cloud era makes the content of ethnic cultural communication in ethnic minority areas networked and virtualized.It makes internet interaction become a new form of ethnic cultural communication and forms the two communication modes of＂top-down＂and＂bottom-up＂working simultaneously.The cloud era also shows dynamic changes of a strong or weak status of ethnic culture.In the cloud era,ethnic cultural communication is characterized by the linkage and interaction of its multi-polar culture subjects,the reflection and transformation of ethnic culture,its rapid growth of communication ability,the extension of its communication process and the public integration of ethnic cultural communication.In the cloud era,the selective path and integration situation of ethnic culture in ethnic minority areas determine the realization status of ethnic cultural communication.
