摘 要:目的:探讨刚柔相济管理模式在护生临床带教管理中的应用效果。方法:选择我院实习护生100例,随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用刚性管理带教,实验组采用刚柔相济管理带教。对两组护生带教前后的理论和操作成绩以及带教后的实习积极性进行统计与比较。结果:实施带教前两组护生的理论和操作成绩没有显著性差异,而带教后实验组理论和操作成绩以及实习积极性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床带教中对护生采用刚柔相济管理模式带教,可以充分调动护生的工作积极性,激发其对专业的学习兴趣,有利于带教工作的顺利进行。Objective: To study the effectiveness of flexible management in student nurses teaching. Methods: A total of 100 student nurses from our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group were applied with rigid management and the experimental group with flexible management. Theory examination, operation performances and learning enthusiasm of student nurses before and after teaching were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no statistical differences of general data be- tween the two groups. Theory examination, operation performances and learning enthusiasm of student nurses in experimental group were better than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The flexible management in student nurses teaching is helpful to mobilize the learning enthusiasm and arouse their in- terest in professional learning, and could benifit the nurse teaching.
