摘　　要：通过调研,总结高职学生顶岗实习过程中存在的诸如流动性大、管理不到位、企业不配合、就业率低等主要问题。从学校、企业、学生三方面对顶岗实习与就业一体化存在的问题根源进行分析,提出了政府支持、企业参与、院校主动、学生积极等四方面实现顶岗实习与就业一体化的对策与建议。Through the survey, the main problems in the process of higher vocational students＇ post practice are summarized, such as high mobility, management not in place, enterprise not coordinating and low rate of employment, etc. The root of the existing problems in the integration of students＇ post practice and employment are analyzed from the three aspects of schools, enterprises and students. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects of government support, enterprises participating, schools initiative and students active.
