创新型行业高职教学质量管理模式的研究

摘　　要：教学质量是高职发展的生命线,高职院校必须把提高教学质量作为内涵式发展的重要任务。教学管理工作在提高高职教学质量中发挥着至关重要的作用。基于广东交通职业技术学院工作实际,探索高职教学质量管理工作,通过对高职教学全面质量管理基本内涵的分析,提出创新型行业高职教学质量管理模式。Teaching quality is the lifeblood of the development of higher vocational colleges, so improving teaching quality should be the top task of connotation development for higher vocational colleges. Teaching management plays a crucial role in improving teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. The paper, based on the work experiences of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic, explores teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges. It puts forward innovative teaching quality management mode for industry higher vocational colleges through the analysis of the basic contents of comprehensive quality management in higher vocational teaching.
