摘  要:分析民办高校辅导员内部流动动机,以及存在的"彼得原理"现象,探索破解"彼得原理"现象的对策:建立科学的民办高校辅导员内部流动测评机制;运用"彼得地位法",留住愿意长期担任辅导员的员工,实现辅导员个人价值和民办高校发展的共赢局面。This essay analyzes the motivations of internal turnover of counselors in non-governmental colleges and u- niversities as well as" The Peter Principle" phenomenon in existence. In addition, it probes into relevant solutions to that phenomenon such as establishing a scientific appraisal mechanism for internaX turnover of counselors and applying"The Peter Position Method" to keep those who are willing to be long-term counselors and realize a win-win situation which includes both counselors' individual values and development of non-governmental colleges and universities.
