摘  要:师资培训是教师成长的有效途径,是师资队伍建设的主要内容。针对当前职教师资培训工作面临的主要问题,结合自身培训经验,建立了适合中等职业教师资培训的质量指标体系。通过有效的可?实施性方法推进培训工作,提出了职教师资培训的质量提升的具体实施途径和解决方法,从而提升了职教师资培训的质量。Teacher training is an effective means to become a professional teacher,and also is an important link in the construction of teaching staff. In order to solve main problems in training teachers of vocational education,this paper is combined with college training experience to set a suitable quality index system for secondary vocational ed-ucation teacher training. Secondly,it puts forward the concrete implementation ways and solution for improving the quality of vocational teacher training by taking advantage of the role of development council. Finally,through the implementation of effective methods,the quality of training work would be improved.
