摘  要:为考察苦参(Sophora flavescens)种子的抑菌活性,采用超声法对其成分进行提取。首先比较苦参种子与苦参根的抑菌作用,然后再分别采用不同极性溶剂(石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和乙醇)提取苦参种子中的成分,考察苦参种子中抑菌成分存在部位。结果表明,苦参种子的乙醇提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果均较明显,且优于苦参根的乙醇提取液;苦参种子的乙醇提取液和三氯甲烷提取液都有抑菌作用,其中乙醇提取液的抑菌效果更好。由此可以得出在抑菌作用上,可以用苦参种子的醇提取液代替苦参根。To study the antibacterial activity of the seeds and dried roots of Sophora fla- vescens were extracted by using ultrasonic extraction. Inhibitory effect of seeds and roots of Sophora flavescens was compared and the seeds of Sophora flavescens were extracted with different polar solvents (petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol) to study the distribution of the components with antibacterial activity of the seeds of Sophora flavescens. The results showed that antibacterial effects of ethanol extracts of seeds on colibacillus, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were obvious and better than that of dried roots extracted by ethanol; the seeds extracted by ethanol and chloroform had good antibacterial activity and the former was better. Therefore, on the bacteriostasis, the seeds of Sophora flavescens can be used instead of dried roots of So- phora flavescens.
