摘  要:针对目前我国铁钻工研究起步较晚、市场需求量大、钻井作业发展受到限制的问题,研制了适用于φ73.0~ φ247.7 mm钻具的伸缩臂式铁钻工.该铁钻工有3种控制模式,性能先进,布局紧凑,维护方便,能实现上、卸扣“一键式”自动化操作,具有定位精度高、动作连贯、操作灵活、运行平稳等特点,可用于井口和鼠洞作业.现场应用结果表明,伸缩臂式铁钻工上、卸扣速度快,上扣或卸扣1根钻杆的时间由常规的1 rmin缩短为10 s,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,缩短了作业时间,提高了作业的安全性和可靠性,为钻井作业带来了很大的便利.To address the issues of the late domestic study on iron roughneck and resulted limited drilling de- velopment, the telescopic-arm iron roughneck for Ф73.0 -Ф247.7 mm pipes is developed. The iron roughneck has three kinds of control modes with advanced performance, compact layout and simply maintenance. The make-up or break-out operation could be achieved by "one-button" automated operation. The iron roughneck has the features of high positioning accuracy, consistent action, flexible operation and smooth running. It can be used both in well- head and mousehole operation. Field application results show that the telescopic-arm iron roughneck has a fast make-up and break-out speed which reduce the time of make-up or break-out a drill pipe from 1 rain to 10 s. The developed roughneck could greatly reduce the labor intensity, shorten the operation time and improve operation safety and reliability, thus providing great convenience for the drilling operation.
