摘　　要：先天性溶血性贫血按发病机制可分为遗传性红细胞膜缺陷、红细胞酶病和血红蛋白病三大类,其中最常见的疾病为遗传性球形红细胞增多症、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症和地中海贫血。本文重点介绍以上这三种疾病的处理原则及方法。Congenital hemolytic anemia（CHA）is a hereditarydisorder with main clinical presentation of hemolytic anemia.It is the most common disease of hereditary disorders in theworld. According to the pathogenic mechanism,the disorderscan be divided into three groups：abnormalities of the red cellmembrane,red cell enzyme disorders and hemoglobinopathies.The most common CHA are hereditary spherocytosis,G-6-PDdeficiency and the thalassemias. This article focuses on themanagement of these three types of diseases.
