摘 要:目的了解护理专科生临床沟通能力的现状及其影响因素,为加强学生人际沟通能力教育提供依据。方法采用护理专业学生临床沟通能力量表、艾森克人格问卷、大学生人际交往效能感量表对173名护理专科生进行问卷调查。结果临床沟通能力得分为(81.40±8.64)分,年级、是否学生干部、人格E量表得分、自我效能共同解释临床沟通能力总变异的31.3%。结论护理教育者应根据学生的人格倾向进行个性化的人际沟通能力的培训,并注重培养学生的人际交往效能,提供各种实践机会,以提高其临床沟通能力。Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of clinical communication competence among associate nursing students. Methods Totally 173 associate nursing students were investigated with Clinical Communication Competence Scale,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and the College Student Interpersonal Association Self- Efficacy Scale. Results The score of clinical communication competence was(81.40±8.64) points. Grades,student cadre,personality E scale score and self-efficacy were significant influence factors of clinical communication competence,which could explain 31.3% of the total variance. Conclusion Nursing educators should provide individualized communication skills training according to different personality tendency of nursing students ,attach great importance to the cultivation of students' interpersonal self-efficiency and provide practice opportunities to improve their clinical communication ability.
