摘 要:以结香花为原料,采用微波辅助提取法,探讨微波功率、乙醇浓度、料液比和提取时间等因素对结香花黄酮提取效果的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,设计L9(3^4)正交试验优化结香花黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,结香花黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率500W,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:15g/mL,提取时间12min,在此实验条件下,结香花黄酮的提取量为15.35mg/g。The optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of the total flavonoids from Edgeworthia chrysantha was studied.The extraction efficiency of flavones in Edgeworthia c.hrysantha was determined by four factors including microwave irradiated ,ethanol volume, solid-to-liquid,extraction time.The best parameters for microwave-assisted flavonoid extraction from Edgeworthia chrysantha were identified in orthogonal test on the basis of design and analysis of single-factor experiments. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were microwave irradiated of 500 W, percent of ethanol volume 60%,solid-to-liquid ratio 1:15 g/mL and extraction time 12 min.Under these conditions the flavones extracted from Edgeworthia chrysantha yields was 15.35mg/g.
