摘　　要：校企合作对高职人才培养起着至关重要的作用,如何克服高职动漫专业校企合作共建实训基地存在的问题,是一个亟待解决的课题。笔者对高职动漫专业校企合作共建实训基地长效机制做初步探讨。College-enterprise cooperation is important for talents training in higher vocational colleges. There are many problems in the animation training base built by college and enterprise jointly and in order the overcome the problems, the author explores the long-term mechanism of the training base construction.
