摘 要:文章着重探讨了提高医学影像学进修医师培训质量的主要经验。包括建立严格准入制度,确保进修医师具有一定专业素质;评估进修医师培训前的知识结构和能力水平,实现培训过程有的放矢;实施个性化培训方案,满足不同层次进修人员培训需求;建立考核、奖惩及长效跟踪服务机制。上述作法在较短时间内显著提升了进修医师的专业素养和能力水平,确保了进修医师的培训质量,实现了进修医师与带教教师的良性互动发展。Combined with the practice, this paper investigated the main approaches to improve the training quality of Refresher physician in medical imaging. First, a strict access system was established in order to ensure the professional ability of the refresher physician. Second, the knowledge structure and clinical ability of the Refresher physician were evaluated pre-training to improve the purposiveness of the whole training course. Third, the individually training schemes were set up to counter the demands of different Refresher physician. Last, a series of systems including the assessment, award and punishment, as well as the long time following-up were constructed. All these measures significantly improved the professional abilities of refresher physician in a short time, ensured the training qualities and accomplished the virtuous interaction between the refresher physician and the teachers.
