摘  要:针对某车动力总成悬置系统振动耦合严重的问题,建立了该车动力总成悬置系统六自由度模型,通过ADAMS/Insight模块对悬置元件的各刚度参数进行灵敏度分析。以分析找出的主要敏感参数为设计变量,结合振动解耦理论,以提高系统解耦率及使动力总成悬置系统的扭矩轴和弹性轴平行为目标,对该悬置系统参数进行了优化,并对优化前后车辆进行了路试验证。结果表明,优化后的悬置系统隔振能力有了较大提高,说明通过对相关参数进行灵敏度分析,减少设计参数,可提高优化效率。For tackling the issue of severe vibration coupling in the power-train mounting system of a vehicle ,a 6 DOF model for the mounting system was built .A sensitivity analysis for the principal stiffness parameters of mounting components was performed in the ADAMS/Insight .Taking a few sensitive parameters found by above analyses as design variables and combining with the theory of vi‐bration decoupling ,the goal of improving the decoupling rate and making the torque roll axis parallel with the elastic axis of power-train mounting system ,optimization of mounting system parameters was conducted .The results show that the vibration isolation capability of optimized mounting system is enhanced ,achieving obvious results .In addition ,it is also indicated that reducing design variables by sensitivity analysis on related parameters can improve the efficiency of optimization .
