摘  要:在我国稻米真菌毒素污染呈上升趋势,稻米质量安全事关国计民生。以黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮标准溶液分析了3种毒素胶体金免疫层析快速检测试纸条的最低检出限分别为0.005、0.5 mg/kg和0.3 mg/kg,以回收率和变异系数分析了该快检方法的准确性和精密度,并进一步将该检测技术应用于宁夏稻米毒素的快速检测。结果表明:3种毒素的胶体金免疫层析快速检测试纸条具有灵敏度高、特异性好、操作简单、可通过肉眼直接判读结果的特性,适用于稻米的现场快速检测。Rice mycotoxin contamination is on the rise in our country, rice quality and safety is a matter of national economy and people's livelihood. The detecting limits of immunochromatography test strip for aflatoxin B1, DON and ZEN were about 0.005 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg and 0.3 mg/kg, respectively, which were confirmed by the analysis experiment using the three kinds of mycotoxin standard solution. The accuracy and precision of the rapid detection method was analyzed by calculating the recovery rate and coefficient of variation. Finally, the rapid detection method was applied in Ningxia rice. Results showed that the three kinds of mycotoxin rapid detection by colloidal gold immunechromatography test strip has high sensitivity, good specificity, simple operation and the characteristics of reading results by the naked eye. It is suitable for the rapid detection in rice filed.
