摘 要:进入21世纪以来,随着经济全球化的深入发展和我国企业融入世界的步伐加快,企业跨文化团队的领导问题日益凸显,已经成为我国企业管理实践和学术研究急待解决的重要难题。但从文献研究来看,由于跨文化团队的文化复杂性和结构复杂性,针对跨文化情境下团队领导力的理论研究还停留在很初级的水平,相关的结构研究和机理研究很贫乏,对应的定量研究及实证研究也很少见。本文以中德跨文化团队为研究对象,以领导力理论和跨文化管理理论为基础,以珠三角地区以及长三角地区十多家德资企业200多个团队为研究样本,采用扎根理论研究方法探讨中德跨文化领导力的内容结构模型,并用结构方程模型方法进行验证。研究表明,中德跨文化领导力的内容结构是一个二阶二因子模型。本研究成果有助于打开跨文化团队领导力的内容结构黑箱,并为进一步研究跨文化领导力的影响机理奠定基础。In the 21st century, with the further development of economic globalization and the rapid pace of China's integration into the world, corporate issues concerning leadership in cross-cultural teams have become increasingly prominent, and have become the important problems to be solved urgently for enterprise practice and academic research. From the perspective of literature research, due to the cultural complexity and structural complexity of CCT,the theoretical research on team leadership in cross-culture context does remain in an initial stage, related structure studies and mechanism studies are limited in number and related quantitative research & empirical research are also rare. Considering the Sino-German CCT as the research object and basing on leadership theory and cross-cultural management theory,the paper explores the content structure model of Sino-German cross-culture leadership and made related validation research with more than 200 research samples which are teams from more than 10 German-funded enterprises in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. There are two main approaches in the paper. First, the paper divide the content structure of Sino-Germany cross-cultural leadership into the cross-cultural leading influence and the cross-cultural leading ability in the light of the Grounded Theory, of which the former includes the influence of cross-cultural leader' s power and the influence of cross-cultural leader' s charisma and the latter includes cross-cultural communication ability, cross-cultural adaptability, cultural integration ability and professional knowledge and skills. The second method is Structural Equation Models. The paper makes an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis on the content structure model of Sino-Germany cross-cultural leadership.
