摘  要:比较"乌叶"和"兰竹"荔枝果实在(8±1)℃贮藏条件下果皮活性氧代谢的差异。结果表明:"乌叶"和"兰竹"荔枝果实果皮活性氧代谢强度不同,贮藏期间,"乌叶"的活性氧清除酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性和内源抗氧化物质还原型抗坏血酸(As A)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量都显著高于"兰竹",褐变指数、超氧自由基(O2·-)产生速率、膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于"兰竹"。据此认为,与"兰竹"荔枝果实相比,"乌叶"荔枝果实具有较长的贮藏期,可能与"乌叶"荔枝果实有较强的活性氧清除能力,能减少O2·-积累,减轻膜脂过氧化作用,较好地保持荔枝果皮细胞膜结构的完整性和减缓果实衰老有关。The differences in reactive oxygen species (ROS) metabolism in the pericarp of harvested 'Wuye' and 'Lanzhu' litchis during stored at (8_+1)℃ were investigated. The results showed that there was different rate of ROS metabolism in the pericarp of harvested 'Wuye' and 'Lanzhu' litchis. As compared with 'Lanzhu' litchi, there were significantly higher activities of ROS scavenging enzymes, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX), higher contents of endogenous antioxidant substances such as ascorbic acid (AsA) and glutathione (GSH) in the pericarp of harvested 'Wuye' litchi. However, browning index, pericarp superoxide anion (O2-) production and malondialdehyde (MDA) content (a production of membrane lipid peroxidation) in 'Wuye' litchi were significantly lower than those in 'Lanzhu' litchi. These results suggested that longer storage life of harvested 'Wuye' litchi than 'Lanzhu' litchi might be due to higher ROS scavenging capacity and lower accumulation of O2-, which might alleviate membrane lipid peroxidation, maintain the integrity of cellular membrane structure in pericarp and retard fruit senescence of harvested 'Wuye' litchi.
