摘  要:目的:比较"说—示—做"法与模仿法在减轻儿童牙科焦虑症中的作用。方法:将80例6~10岁首次到医院口腔科就诊的儿童随机分为两组,在接受相同的口腔治疗前,分别应用"说—示—做"法与模仿法的行为管理法,测量儿童接受口腔治疗过程中的心率,并进行统计分析。结果:在利用低速手机清洁牙齿这一过程中(0.5~2.5 min),接受模仿法的A组心率的曲线呈递增状态,接受"说—示—做"法的B组心率的曲线呈递减状态。比较两组在治疗过程中的平均心率,A组[(98.0±1.5)次·min^-1]明显高于B组[(101.0±1.5)次·min^-1],两组间的差异有统计学意义(t=2.4,P=0.04)。结论:"说—示—做"法较模仿法更能减轻儿童牙科焦虑,值得在儿童牙科中推广使用。Objective: To compare the effects of tell- show- do and modeling on less anxiety and fear during chil- dren receiving dental treatments. Methods: For this randomized clinical trial, a total of 80 children aged 6 to 10 presenting for the first time to People's Hospital of Yangjiang City dental care center, were divide into 2 groups. Those in group A were prepared for dental treatment by means of modeling. The children in group B were prepared by a pediatric dentist using the tell-show-do method. Each child's heart rate was monitored during suits: Children who were prepared by the tell-show-do method had lower heart rates than those who ing( t = 2.4 ,P = 0.04). Conclusion: Tell- show-do is treatment. Re- received model- more effective than modeling on less anxiety and fear during children receiving dental treatments, tell-show-do is a technique worth practicing in pediatric dentistry.
