摘　　要：文章在分析当前高校轮滑选项课教学的现状及发展的基础上,提出在高校体育教学过程中加强对大学生心理素质的培养,针对当代大学生心理存在的问题,提出了高校体育教育改革的目标和具体措施。This article analyzes the sports course, and to provide soluti through this course. current situation of the selective on and suggestion for promoting course roller skating in the college college student＇s psychological quality through this course.
