摘  要:建立同时测定香茅油中香叶醇、柠檬醛、香茅醛、月桂烯的反相高效液相色潽法(RP-HPLC).色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C1s(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20,v/v),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为室温,进样量20μL.在此色谱条件下,4组分获得良好的分离且各组分的质量浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数R2为0.9977 ~0.9998.样品中各组分的加标回收率在96.4% ~99.2%之间,RSD≤2.0%.所建立的HPLC法操作简便,有良好的稳定性及重现性,适用于香茅油中主要成分含量的测定.A method of determining geraniol, citral, citronellal and myrcene in citronella oil simultaneously by re- versed - phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP - HPLC) was established. Chromatography column was Agilent Eclipse XDB -C18 (4. 6 250 mm, 5 m), mobile phase was acetonitrile -water (80 : 20, v/v), flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 210 nm, column temperature was room temperature, and injection volume was 20μL. Under these chromatographic conditions, four analytes were well separated, and a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration was observed for each component. The correlation coefficient R^2 was varied from 0. 9977 to 0. 9998. The average spike recoveries of geraniol, citral and myrcene was form 96.4% to 99. 2%, with RSD ≤2. 0%. This method was simple and had good stability and reproducibility. It was suitable for the determination of these compounds in citronella oil.
