手术室护士核心能力与固定专科的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查手术室护士核心能力,并探讨固定手术专科对其核心能力的影响。方法以注册护士核心能力量表为基础,增加5个手术室护士核心能力特异性条目,对广州市8所三级甲等医院的408名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士核心能力总均分为(2.80±0.54)分,固定手术专科护士核心能力得分高于非固定手术专科护士(P<0.01)。结论固定专科有助于提高手术室护士核心能力水平,提高手术护理配合质量与效率。Objective To investigate the core competences of operating morn nurses and to analyze the relationship btween core competency and being fixed in a particular specialty or not. Methods Based on the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses （CIRN） , five special items concerning core eompetences of operating room nurses were added. Totally,408 nurses from 8 3A - level general hospitals in Guangzhou were recruited and investigated. Results The total average score of core competency of operating room nurses was （2.80 ±0. 54 ）. Scores of fixed operating room nurses were higher than non - fixed nurses （P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion Fixed in a particular specialty is beneficial for improving core competenees of operating room nurses, and then improve quality and ficiency of surgery.
