摘　　要：教学是高等学校的一项重要职能,实验教学是培养实践创新人才不可替代的环节。该文在分析专业基础课植物生物学实验教学实际问题的基础上,探讨了实验教学理念、教学内容、教学途径、授课方式、教学手段和成绩评定等方面的改革情况。多年的实践表明,通过改革实验教学模式可以培养生物技术学生实践创新能力,显著提高实验教学质量。Teaching is an important function in higher school.Experimental teaching is an indispensable teaching link on training practical and innovative talents.Based on analyzing the factual questions during experimental teaching of plant biology, teaching idea, content, approach, method, means and grade evaluation were discussed.Years of practice showed that practice and innovation abilities of biotechnology students could be cultivated through reform of experimental teaching pattern, and quality of experimental teaching could be significantly improved.
