摘　　要：针对物流专业在人才培养模式中存在的不足,提出了基于一体化目标和工程教育理念的培养模式,并结合长沙职业技术学院物流专业教学实例,为新时期物流人才的培养提供借鉴。In this paper, in view of the shortcomings of the talent cultivation mode of the logistics specialty, we proposed the cultivation mode based on integrative objective and engineering education concept and then studied empirically the logistics education system of Changsha Vocational and Technical College.
