摘　　要：严峻的就业形势让不少大学生存在求职心理包袱,本文以福建农林大学为例,通过调查问卷的形式开展调研,通过数据分析大学生择业心态找出大学生择业的心理误区和心理障碍,最后提出大学生择业心理调适的方式方法,对大学生求职心理提供有力的帮助。Psychological burdens come to college students due to a tough job market. This paper takes Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example to find out undergraduates＇ psychological misconceptions and psychological barriers by means of questionnaire to conduct research and by the way of data analysis of college students＇ attitude towards their career selection. At the end of this paper, methods of college students＇ psychological adjustment will be put forward. Hopefully, great help will be obtained on college students＇ employment.
