摘　　要：分析食用菌栽培课程的特点,从教学内容优化、教学方法改进、强化实践教学等方面探索培养学生专业实践技能,以培养适应食用菌产业发展需要的高素质技能型人才.This paper has studied the ways to optimize teaching content,improve teaching method and strengthen teaching practice on the base of the features of the course so as to cultivate students’ practice competence and cultivate more high-quality talent of future edible mushroom industry.
