摘　　要：儿童权利的落实,是一项系统工程,需要全社会的共同努力,家庭在其中处于特别重要的位置。调查发现,家长对儿童权利的知晓度不高、意识不强,对儿童全面发展的关注不够,在儿童参与和儿童保护等方面也存在片面和消极的问题。家庭教育的实践中需要加强儿童权利的宣传及实践应用的指导。The implementation of the children＇s rights is a systematic project, which needs the joint efforts of the whole society. The family is especially important in which position. The survey found that popularity was not high and consciousness was not strong of the parents of the children＇s rights. The attention to children＇s comprehensive development was not enough. It also existed one-sided and negative problems in child participation and child protection. It needs to strengthen the propaganda and the practical application of the children＇s rights in the practice of family education.
