农村中小学教师学术素养培养研究——以河北省为例

摘  要:学术素养能启迪和指引农村教师不断强化日常教学的反思、批判和质疑,促进其学术创新和教学发展。现实中农村中小学教师还存在学术背景及相关学术知识缺乏,学术发展意识淡薄,培训学习保障不力,重教轻研、科研能力低等问题。应通过建立导师培训制度、加强城乡教师双向流转、强化教学反思机制、开展行动研究等措施,有效促进农村中小学教师学术素养的提升与发展。Academic attainments can enlighten and guide the rural teachers in continuously strengthening their daily teaching reflection, criticism and questioning, thus promoting their academic innovation and teaching develop- ment. Currently, as for rural teachers, there are such problems as lack of academic background and related academic knowledge, weak consciousness of academic development, poor security on training, over-emphasis on teaching and underestimation of research, and low capacity of scientific research and academic quality. To effectively promote the development and improvement of rural primary and secondary school teachers' academic attainments in Hebei Province, efforts need to be made to establish instructor training system, strengthen the two-way flow of urban and rural teachers, and enhance the teaching reflection mechanism and action research.
