摘　　要：目的通过对住院医师培训的效果进行评价,为进一步提高住院医师的培训质量提供依据。方法对2009~2012年我院住院医师的规范化培训成绩和考核结果进行讨论和分析,同时相应地提出几点住院医师规范化培训的建议。结果通过对规范化培训考核评价,结果表明2011、2012年各项考核项目均比2009年有较大提升。结论考核评价是住院医师规范化培训中的一个重要环节,通过对考核评价的分析,可以判断和保证其培训成效,为检验考核成效及改进培训质量提供依据。Objective To evaluate of residency training effect and further improve the quality of trainingpro- vided the basis for the residents. Method On 2009 -2012 year my courtyard resident standardization training and examination results are discussed and analyzed, and put forward some suggestions of the standardized training of resi- dent physicians. Result Through training and assessment of the specification, the results showed that the 2011, in 2012 the project appraisal are larger than in 2009. Conclusion Evaluation is an important link of hospital physicians in standardized training, through the analysis of the appraisal, and can judge and ensure the training effect, and pro- vide the basis for the test results and the improvement of the quality of training.
