摘　　要：近年来我国加大了对高校贫困生资助的力度,国家助学金发放范围扩大,数额增加。但相关政策在缓解贫困生求学困境的同时,在实际运行中也存在一系列问题。为更好地发挥国家助学金政策的作用,应当在资格认定、分配管理和心理扶持等方面加以改进,以完善高校贫困生资助体系。China has increased the grants for the poor students in colleges and universities in recent years.The scope of releasing national grant is broadened and the amount is increased.However,there are a series of problems in the practical operation of the relative policies when they solve the problems of the poor students in studying.In order to play the function of national grant policies better,qualification,distribution management,psychological support and so on should be improved and the support system for the poor students in colleges and universities should be perfected.
