摘 要:课题组于2013年4月至5月对北京市12家公立医疗机构的628名管理人员进行了管理职业化的问卷调查。调查结果显示,当前北京市公立医疗机构管理者职业化水平尚存在较大的提升空间。面对医疗体制改革对北京市公立医疗机构提出的新要求及管理人员自身的培训需求,现有的培训情况难以实现管理职业化水平的有效提升,应该立即着手开发一套以切实提高管理职业化水平为目标,以实践教学为主要手段,面向不同管理层级、针对不同管理岗位的培训课程。During April to May 2013, 628 hospital management staffs from 12 public healthcare institutions in Beijing were selected to have a survey about management professionalization. It showed that there was still much room for improvement in professional management in the public healthcare institutions of Beijing. Facing with the increasing requirement from healthcare reform and hospital management staff's training demand, it was difficult to effectively improve management professionalization by the current training courses. It needed to develop new training course which could be summarized as management professionalization promotion as the goal, teaching and practice as method and different design for different post.
