摘　　要：对粤西1 220名中小学教师的问卷调查结果显示,中小学教师对校本学习必要性的认识到位,大部分教师学习目的明确,但其总体学习状态有待提高,学习资源不能满足教师需求,学习效果不理想。影响粤西中小学教师校本学习的主要因素有:经济收入低、工作繁忙、职业倦怠。在学习方式方面,教育反思尚未成为教师的良好习惯;教师培训有效果,但不理想。一级学校教师、城市学校教师与普通学校教师、农村学校教师的学习状况差异显著,一级学校好于普通学校,城市好于农村。A survey on 1 220 teachers from middle and primary schools shows that, though most teach- ers hold positive attitude on necessity of school-based study, the learning condition should be upgraded on a whole as lack of learning resources, learning effect not idealistic. The main factors influencing learning in developing areas as such： low income, busy work profession burnout. And on the side of learning styles, reflection has not become a good habit for the teachers, and there is some effects of the training, but not enough. And there is a manifest difference between good schools and general ones, the effect in good schools is better.
