摘　　要：英国是实行中等教育证书社会化考试历史较长的国家,当前组织和提供中等教育社会化考试的机构主要有AQA、WJEC、Edexcel、OCR等。英国的中等教育证书社会化考试使学校和学生有了更多的选择权,避免了"一考定终身"的弊端;但也面临着考试机构过多、教考关系不当、教师帮助学生作弊、考试出题和评分频频出错等问题。实行社会化考试有利有弊,我国决策者应在借鉴外国经验和教训的基础上做出慎重选择。The UK has a long history in terms of socialized examination for certificates of secondary education. There are many institutions which provide socialized examination for certificates of secondary education such as AQA, WJEC, Edexcel, OCR, etc. Socialized examination gives schools and students more options, avoiding the disadvantages of ＂one exam will decide students＇ future＂; but also faces many problems such as too much awarding bodies, teaching-examination improper relationship, cheating, marking errors, and so on. Policy makers in China should make an intelligent decision on this issue.
