普通高校乒乓球队团队建设与管理研究——以宁波大学乒乓球队为例

摘　　要：在现代团队理论框架下,采用文献资料法、访谈法、案例分析法和问卷调查法对宁波大学乒乓球队进行了深入分析。乒乓球队的团队建设包括了团队目标、组织结构、团队文化、团队成员、训练模式和俱乐部建设;团队的管理包括了沟通、凝聚力、激励、竞争与合作的管理。通过团队建设与管理过程中经验与问题分析,进而提出改进的措施与建议,为其他高校乒乓球队的发展提供参考。Under the modern team theory framework, this study deeply analyze Ningbo university table tennis team by the methods of documentary, interview method, case analysis and questionnaire survey. The construction of the table tennis team includes the team goals, organizational structure, team culture, team members, training mode and development of the club. Team management includes the management of communication, cohesion, motivation, competition and cooperation. Based on the experience and problems of the process of team building and management, the paper puts forward the measures and suggestions for improvement, and hope to provide a reference for the development of other table tennis team.
