摘  要:学生的可雇佣性(employability)是国际理论界公认的高等教育机构绩效衡量指标的重要组成部分。将可雇佣性能力培养融入休闲体育专业课程建设和实践教学中对于提高休闲专业大学生可雇佣性具有重要意义。为此,采用"将可雇佣性植入课程"的设计理念,从人才培养模式、课程体系构建、实践教学三个方面,以经营实体为专业方向定位,突出可雇佣性技能训练,建立以休闲专业可雇佣性技能指标体系,制定阶段性升级式培养方案,探寻校企、校政合作模式,引导建立个人可雇佣性技能发展档案和职业生涯规划,拓展高校休闲体育专业课程改革新视野。Student employability is an important part of the international community recognized institution of high er education theory performance measurement indicators. Employment will be integrated into the leisure sports cul ture sexuality curriculum development and teaching prac tice Employability is important for improving the college. For this reason, the use of "the implantable Employability course" design philosophy, from training model, curricu lum construction, practical teaching three aspects to the operating entity is positioned as professional direction, highlighting the employability skills training, in order toestablish employability skills index system, developed phased upgrade style training program, explore the school level, school administration cooperation model to guide the establishment of individual files employability skills devel- opment and career planning, curriculum reform proposals for the comprehensive universities leisure sports profes- sionals.
