Analysis and JBI-Criteria Evaluation of Literatures on Autonomous Learning Ability of Chinese Nursing Students

摘  要:目的:分析与评价国内护生自主学习能力调查类文献,探究其外部特征、内容特点与文献方法学质量,找出存在的问题并提出对策。方法检索2000年1月—2013年12月中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网数据库、万方全文数据库和维普数据库中,有关护生自主学习能力调查的文献,运用文献计量法、内容分析法以及现况调查类研究评价标准,对文献进行分析与评价。结果(1)外部特征:从2010年开始年份文献数量明显增多,与上一年度相比增幅是1000%,来源以学校(69%)和本科护生(69%)为主。(2)内容特点:①涉及的文献调查工具有16种,但其适用性存在一定问题。②文献调查时间未说明的24篇(57%),文献调查对象的学历层次、年级、年龄与性别未说明的3~10篇(7%~24%)。③所有的文献调查结果提示,护生自主学习能力处于中等水平,培养现状不乐观。(3)文献方法学质量在资料真实性核实、伦理、抽样等方面有突出问题。结论国内护生自主学习能力的调查研究自2010年开始受到一定程度重视,文献总数和基金赞助数较多,文献来源地域和来源院校的多元性良好;调查工具较多,但适用性存在一定问题而需进一步研发与完善;JBI标准评价的方法学质量及文献撰写方面存在一些突出问题,有待改进。国内教育教学改革期待培养提高护生自主学习能力的目标未能有效逐步实现,培养力度应该从学校教学管理层面、到教师实践教学环节等多个方面得到加强。Objective To analyze and evaluate investigative literatures on autonomous learning ability of Chinese nursing students, explore its external features, content characteristics and quality of document-methodology, discover problems and then propose corresponding measures. Methods Literatures (from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2013) on autonomous learning ability of nursing students in CBM, CNKI, WAN FANG DATA, and VIP Database were collected and bibliometric method and content analysis method as well as Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) criteria evaluation (2005) were applied for document analysis and evaluation. Results (1) External features:there was a surge of literature sources since 2010 with an increase of 1 000% when compared with that in the previous year, which were mainly from school (69%) and undergraduate nursing students (69%). (2) Content characteristics: ①there were 16 kinds of literature survey tools but there were still some problems in their applicability. ②Totally 24 articles (57%) did not explicitly stated the investigation time, and 3~10 (7% to 24%) did not explicitly stated the educational background, grade, age and gender of the respondents. ③Survey results showed that nursing students ’ autonomous learning ability was at a medium level. (3) There were prominent problems in the authenticity of the information, ethical issues, and sampling. Conclusion The investigation and research about autonomous learning ability of Chinese nursing students received great attention since 2010, with a manifestation of more articles, funds and diversity of literature source but the applicability of many investigative tools need further development. There were prominent problems with the methodological quality and literature writing and the target of domestic educational reform aimed to cultivate the autonomous learning ability of nursing students was not effectively realized in a progressive way, and training efforts should be strengthened from many aspects, such as the tea
