日本“认定儿童园”制度探析

摘　　要：长期以来,日本社会关于幼儿园和保育所的二元制运行机制进行着多次的改革,为了改变幼儿园和保育所的分立状况,近年来日本政府推行了具体的措施,确立和实施了"认定儿童园"制度,这是日本幼儿教育历史上的一项重要的制度变革。"认定儿童园"制度由政府主导,切实加强了"幼保一元化"的改革进程。然而,"认定儿童园"制度的实施需要对人、财、物等方面进行处理,涉及多方面问题,但目的是为了使儿童教育机会均等。For a long time,the Japanese Society has carried out many reforms for dual education system of kindergarten and child care centre.In order to change the long-term separate condition of kindergarten and child care centre,Japanese government implemented specific measures in recent years,they established and implemented the＂authorized child garden＂system,this is an important reform in preschool education of Japan＇s history.＂Authorized child garden＂system led by government,it strengthens the process of the reform of unifying the kindergarten and child care centre.However,the implementation of the＂authorized child garden＂system needs to treat people,money,thing and so on,involved many aspects of the problem.But the purpose is to make the children education opportunity equally.
