摘  要:目的建立玉米面中铅、镉、砷和总汞的电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定方法。方法样品经湿法消化后,用Agilent 7700s ICP-MS在氦碰撞模式下进行分析,用校正方程和混合内标等方式校正干扰和漂移。结果本法4种元素相对标准差均〈5%,回收率为102%-110%,对标准参考物质的测定结果符合证书值要求。对352份玉米面实际样品测定的结果均令人满意,且4种重金属的含量均在安全范围之内。结论该方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于同类型食品中多种元素含量的同时测定。Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic and total mercury content in corn flour by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods After digestion with nitric acid,the sample was determined directly with ICP-MS Agilent 7 700 s in helium collision mode.Correction equation and mixed internal standard were used for the correction of matrix interference and signal drifting.Results The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of the method were less than 5.0%,with recoveries of 102% - 110%.The detection results for standard materiel were within the certificate values.The determination results of 352 corn flour samples were satisfying and the contents of four heavy metal elements in samples were under the limits of safety.Conclusion The method is simple and reliable and it can be simultaneously applied to the determination of multiple elements contents in the same type of foods.
