摘  要:目的了解市售动物性食品中沙丁胺醇、特布他林、塞曼特罗、塞布特罗、莱克多巴胺、克仑特罗、溴布特罗、苯氧丙酚胺、马布特罗、马贲特罗、溴代克仑特罗等11种β-受体激动剂残留结果。方法对2008年-2013年流通市场上7类食品按照GB/T 22286-2008方法检测11种β-受体激动剂残留量。结果 121份样品中β-受体激动剂总检出率为3.3%,莱克多巴胺检出率最高为2.5%,检出样品为猪肾,其次为克伦特罗0.8%,检出样品为猪肉,其余9种β-受体激动剂均未检出。地产样品检出率相对较高。结论市售动物性食品中β-受体激动剂残留量总体较低,但部分食品仍存在污染,应加强监督监测力度。Objective To understand the residue of eleven categories of β-agonists,such as salbutamol,terbutaline,cimaterol,cimbuterol,ractopamine,clenbuterol,brombuterol,isoxsuprine,mabuterol,mapenterol and bromine generation of clenbuterol in animal food from market.Methods From 2008 to 2013 the residue of eleven categories of β-agonists in seven categories of animal food collected from market were determined according to the method of GB/T 22286-2008.Results The total detected rate of β-agonists was 3.3% in 121 samples and the detected rate was highest in ractopamine,reaching 2.5%,which was detected in pig kidney samples,followed by clenbuterol 0.8%,detected in a pork sample.No samples were detected on the other nine categories of β-agonists.The detected rate in local samples is relatively higher.Conclusion The overall level of β-agonists residue in market food was low,but some food was still contaminated.Monitoring and supervision countermeasures should be further strengthened.
