绵阳市2013年食品风险监测结果与分析

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市食品中主要污染物及有害因素污染水平和趋势,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为采取有针对性地控制措施提供科学依据。方法从绵阳城区及所辖的9个县市区的不同地点和环节采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法和理化工作手册等的相关检测方法进行检测分析。结果共检测食品、餐饮具、桶(瓶)装水等样品639份,550份合格,合格率86.07%。检测的90多类样品的107项指标中,不合格指标主要是干货食品中的二氧化硫残留量、水发食品中的甲醛以及蔬菜中的农药残留量。结论绵阳市的食品合格率较高,未发现禁用药物,有机污染物和真菌毒素全部合格,相关部门严格监管,各负其责,确保了绵阳市的食品安全。Objective To investigate the major contamination source,and the contamination level and tendency of harmful factors in foods in Mianyang and identify the distribution and possible sources of harmful factors,so as to provide scientific basis for taking effective control measures.Methods Food samples were collected or purchased from different districts and segments in Mianyang city and 9 administered counties.All the samples were detected and analyzed according to the methods of food hygienic inspection and physicochemical workbook.Results 639 samples were detected,including food,tableware and barrels（bottle） hold water.550 samples were qualified with the qualification rate of 86.07%.The unqualified items were sulfur dioxide residues,formaldehyde and pesticide residues in some samples among 107 tested indexes in 90 kinds of foods.Conclusion Food qualification rates were high in Mianyang.The banned drug and non edible substances were not found.Organic pollutants and toxins are all qualified.The departments concerned should take measures to reduce the contamination for ensuring food safety in Mianyang.
