摘　　要：在浙江省劳动力成本优势弱化,国外市场低迷的内忧外困状况下,浙江经济的发展必须依靠转型,寻找适合浙江经济发展的新亮点。首先,认识经济转型,深刻理解党中央的经济发展号召;其次,结合浙江当地资源、环境和技术以及人才特点,从已经实现的几种经济转型趋势分析总结经济转型的表现形式;最后,总结经济转型的特点及经济转型中的注意问题。为将要转型或处于困境中的企业或地方提供参考。In the condition of inner labor＇s salary is rising and the demand from abroad market is decreas- ing, Zhejiang Province has to change types of present economical structure in order to get development and finds new Points fiting for Zhejiang province. First- ly, we neea to get to know what means economy change, and should make sense of the economy development call from the central of the Communist party, Secondly ac- cording to the special characters of local resource , environment ,technology and talent people,analyze and make summary of appearance forms from the types of eco- nomical change what became true. Finally provide char- acteristics and the attention problems during the pe- riod of economy changing in order to give reference for the companies or the areas what meet difficulties or want to make a better change.
