摘  要:目的 观察富含n-3不饱和脂肪酸的亚麻籽油对高脂诱导的肥胖小鼠血脂代谢的影响.方法 将30只雄性C57BL/6J小鼠分为正常饲料组(ND组),高脂喂养组(HFD组),亚麻籽油组(FOD组),喂养8周后检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C);对肝脏、附睾、皮下脂肪、胰腺组织称重和组织学观察.结果 8周后FOD组小鼠空腹TC和LDL水平均较HFD组显著下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而TG和HDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).HFD组和FOD组小鼠的附睾脂肪、皮下脂肪和胰腺重量显著高于ND组,FOD组小鼠胰腺重量低于HFD组(P<0.05).FOD组较HFD组肝脏出现脂滴沉积和肝脏脂肪变性较少.结论 给予亚麻籽油可以改善高脂诱导肥胖小鼠的血脂代谢及肝脏的脂肪变性.Objective To investigate the effects of flaxseed oil rich in n-3 fatty acid on lipid metabolism in C57BL/6J mice induced by high lipid dietary.Methods Thirty C57BL/6J mice were divided into normal dietary group (ND,n =10),high fat dietary group (HFD,n =10),fiaxseed oil dietary group(FOD,n =10).After 8 weeks,serum triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),weight,and histological anatomy of liver,epididymis,subcutaneous fat,and pancreas were measured.Results Compared to the HFD group,serum TC and LDL were significantly decreased in the FOD group (P 〈0.01).However,there were no significant differences in TG and HDL-C between FOD and HFD groups (P 〉 0.05).The weights of liver,epididymis,subcutaneous fat,and pancreas in FOD and HFD groups were significantly higher than those in the ND group (P 〈 0.05).The weight of pancreas in the FOD group was lower than that in the HFD group.Lipid droplet and steatosis of liver in the FOD group was less than in the HFD group.Conclusions Supplement of flaxseed oil in C57BL/6J mice induced by high lipid dietary improved lipid metabolism and liver steatosis.
