摘  要:运用Fluent和Rad Therm软件对整车热性能进行计算,一方面与试验数据相比,得到了安装底护板与否对车辆底盘零件热性能的影响,另一方面,通过计算对底护板形状进行了优化,改善了底盘的空气流动性,使底盘零件不超过材料的耐温限值。结果表明,发动机底护板优化后,不仅保护了发动机轮带系统、油底壳和变速器,同时也满足了底盘零件的热性能。In this paper, Fluent and RadTherm were used to simulate vehicle thermal performance. On the one hand, the simulation results were compared with test data, and the influence of installing underhood panel on thermal performance of the chassis components was discussed. On the other hand, it is shown that the optimized underhood panel can improve the airflow in and out of the chassis so that the chassis components will operate without overheating. The optimized design can also better protect the engine belt system, oil tank and transmission case.
