摘　　要：在济南城市发展进程中,出现过许多当时尽人皆知的品牌,涉及到衣食住行,融入到老济南人的日常生活中,也成为那个时代的记忆。如今,伴随着城市的发展,曾经创造过辉煌的诸多老品牌已消失在今人的视野中,逐渐被这座城市所遗忘。Agreat number of renowned brands facilitating the basic necessities of life appeared and developed into anintegral part of the daily routine at one time. With the rapid urban development, most of these brands, arousing the memory of the past, are now a part of history. Situated in Dongjinju Alley in Forong Street, Yanxi Hall has a long history dating back to 1932. The restaurant was founded just at the time when wild geese flew back to the north and thus it got its name from such poetic imagery. It was composed of two courtyards, the east one for dwelling and the west one for doing business. The restaurant had 18 rooms with a capacity of serving 200 people at the same time.
