摘 要:学校德育模式是指在一定德育理念和德育理论指导下,学校德育内容、德育方法、德育手段、德育途径等有机融合而成的比较稳固的德育实施程序及一整套策略系统,它具有优效性、操作性和发展性等鲜明特征。学校德育模式按照其功能、内容以及作用方式的不同,可以划分为多种不同的种类。学校德育模式的现代转向突出表现为由强制灌输走向对话关怀,由单一孤立走向多元融合,由自然本位走向以人为本,由理想虚空走向理想现实结合,由封闭控制走向自主开放。School moral education mode refers to the relatively stable implementation procedure and a set of policy systems under the guidance of certain moral concepts and theory,which includes the organic fusion of the content,skills,methods and the means of moral education. It is characterized by operation,superiority and development. School moral education can be divided into several types according to its function,content and different modes of action. The modern turn of school moral education mode is especially implied in its turn from inculcation to dialogue,from being single to fusion,from natural orientation to people orientation,from the ideal void to the ideal of reality and from closed to open and autonomous control.
