摘　　要：开展高等非学历教育活动是高校继续教育转型发展的主流趋向,也是落实国家发展战略的重要举措。当前,高等非学历教育发展基本形成了一定的运行模式,在满足社会成员学习需求、开展社会服务领域发挥了重要作用,为高校拓展了经费来源。文章通过分析高等非学历教育发展存在的主要问题,提出要从创新发展理念、畅通运行机制、强化质量保障、共建合作平台等方面改革以实现可持续发展。Carrying out higher non-academic education activity is the mainstream trend of transforma- tion of continuing education development, and it is also an important measure to implement the national development strategy. At present, the development of higher non-academic education has basically formed a certain mode of operation. It has been playing an important role in the field of social mem- bers＇ learning needs and social services, expanding the sources of funding for colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the main problems in non-academic higher education development, the author argues that colleges and universities should reform the innovation and development of ideas, smoothen operation mechanism, enhance quality assurance, and build cooperation platform, so as to realize and maintain sustainable development.
